PARENT INFANT MASSAGE

REFLECTIVE SUPERVISION / CONSULTATION

For professionals working in the mental health and parenting support fields, our Reflective Supervision/Consultation services provide a space for thoughtful exploration and growth. Engage in reflective discussions, gain insights into your practice, and receive guidance to enhance your effectiveness in supporting parents and families.

Individual Reflective Supervision

Reflective Supervision Consultation is a personalized reflection process that involves a one-on-one relationship between a reflective supervisor consultant and a supervisee (client). Reflective supervisors helps supervisees develop and strengthen their reflective practice as they work with young children, parents, and families. EveLyn provides guidance, support, and encouragement, aiming to enhance the supervisees' reflective functioning skills, performance, and overall well-being.

Group Reflective Supervision

Offered only virtually, group reflective supervision extends reflective supervision consultation to a small group of individuals with similar goals or challenges. In a group setting, participants benefit from shared insights, diverse perspectives, and collective problem-solving. As the reflective supervisor consultant, EveLyn facilitates the group dynamics, fostering reflective functioning and mutual support while addressing individual needs. Group reflective supervision consultation provides a sense of community and often proves effective for developing skills and achieving common objectives.
